2. Purpose of the treatment

3. Legitimation of the processing of personal data

The Provincial Council of Ourense is subject, when disseminating any type of information through the Tourist Web Portal, to full compliance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data, constituted by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Regulation of Data Protection) of the European Parliament and the Council, of April 27, 2016, as well as by Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights.

4. Rights in relation to the processing of personal data

The Provincial Council of Ourense has forms for the exercise of rights of access to personal data relating to the interested party, request its rectification or deletion, the limitation of its processing, to oppose the processing and the portability of the data, which can be downloaded from the electronic headquarters, https://sede.depourense.es, or you can also use those prepared by the Spanish Data Protection Agency or third parties. These forms must be signed electronically or accompanied by a photocopy of the DNI. If you act through a representative in the same way, it must be accompanied by a copy of your ID or an electronic signature.
